FROM HOMEBREWING TO COMMERCIAL BREWING
After brewing in my garage for several years, I took the plunge and built Devil's Peak Brewery, a 60hL per month production system in a warehouse in Somerset West, South Africa. Building the brewery by hand was a challenging and at times painful process, but most of all an intense learning experience.
